Vastex D-100 Conveyor Dryer 18″ x 4′ – 120V

The Vastex D-100 is a fantastic entry-level table top conveyor dryer. It comes complete with an 18″ (45.7 cm) wide conveyor belt, and cures up to 110 plastisol-printed garments or 50 waterbase/discharge-printed garments per hour.

Adjustable heater height/angle, heat intensity and belt speed provide full operator control. Dense coil pattern, heater shields and a 6.35 watt per sq-in infrared heater eliminate hot and cold spots and provide the power you need to get the job done. The D-100 comes in 120V or 240V models.

Vastex D-1000 Conveyor Dryer 26″ x 56″ – 120V

The Vastex D-1000 is a fantastic entry-level table top conveyor dryer. With a 26 in. (66 cm) wide by 56 in. (1.43 m) long conveyor belt, the D-1000 Compact Infrared Conveyor is sized to accommodate wider jackets and sweats, and wider printed images, than a Vastex sub-compact D-100 Conveyor Dryer with 18 in. (46 cm) wide belt.

Variable controls for both heat intensity and conveyor speed allow fine-tuning of the drying process according to ink type, ink coverage, desired cure temperature, and rate at which items are being printed.

The heater can be raised, lowered and pivoted using lock knobs on the sides of the heating chamber according to the thickness of printed garments and/or the angle of printed images on irregularly shaped items, for uniform curing of the printed area using minimum energy. Heater shields are included as standard to maximize edge-to-edge temperature consistency for increased image quality.

Vastex LittleRed X1D Dual Zone Conveyor Dryer 18″ x 4′

The LittleRed X1D-18 with an 18 in. (46 cm) wide conveyor belt has a heating chamber the full width of the belt, and can dry Digital White Ink at rates up to 34 pieces per hour at 2 minutes dwell time, or up to 81 garments/hr with water-based ink or discharge, and cure up to 162 garments per hour with plastisol ink.

Curing with an X1D Dual Zone Dryer eliminates the flattened, ironed-on appearance and halo associated with heat pressing of printed images, and relegates the heat press to flattening of raised fibers prior to printing with a one second ‘touch’ per garment.

The Little Red X1-54 model with 54 in. (137 cm) wide x 66 in. (168 cm) long conveyor is equipped with a 48 in. (122 cm) wide 240V/5,200 watt infrared heater to cure up to 260 plastisol-printed images or dry 90 discharge or water-based printed images per hour.
